The French Door - Sioux Falls, SD
I went in without an appointment one afternoon and Stacey helped me find a wedding dress. She let me go through the racks and pick whatever I wanted to try on. She was very respectful and easy to work with (I'm quite shy!). They have a great selection, more than you'd expect in South Dakota. Very affordable too. The girls there also helped my sister pick out a bridesmaid dress and my mom pick out a mother-of-bride dress. I got lucky the day I went in but you definitely need to make an appointment because they are very busy.
They also helped us out by giving us boxes to ship the dresses in since I had already moved to Maine when the dress arrived. This is above and beyond what I would expect a shop to do and I'm very grateful.

I cannot say enough about these guys! They made it very easy for me, gave me alternate options, sent as many tables/chairs/linens as we needed, and pretty much gave us free reign to do what we needed. The staff who came was so helpful in making sure the wedding went how it should (I have no experience). Their food isn't amazing or special but they came with plenty and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. They also don't do tastings citing how they could make an individual meal one way but a large-scale one will probably be different. I'd still recommend them.

Mark is absolutely the best. I only had vague ideas and he put them all into beautiful creations. Great pricing too and they are very laid back about everything. They even got me tulips in October. A+++!

Unfortunately, October is the last month Debra was making cakes so no one can enjoy them anymore. But she came recommended to me and did exactly what we wanted. Even gave me my Spice Cake that I love. Everyone thought it was delicious.

They did my alterations which were fast and perfect. The guys also got their tuxes from there, and as far as I know, had no problems! They got them in and out quickly.

Great price on invitations for exactly what we wanted. They helped with the wording since I had no idea what to do. Super fast too! I love the design they found for our invitations.
Balance Hair and Body - Brewer, ME
Most salons aren't open on Sunday mornings so Joanna came on-site to do everyone's hair and my makeup. She did an amazing job and the girls loved their unique styles. I cannot say enough good things about this place!
